How About Honduras?!

Recently I had the opportunity to spend a few days in Honduras touring San Pedro Sula, La Lima, El Progreso, and San Juan de Las Colinas. Amidst a sea of banana and sugar cane fields and a backdrop of majestic mountains, I enjoyed some really delicious roasted corn on the cob, tamales, and other street fare and wonderful Honduran hospitality. San Juan de Las Colinas was nice and cool and where I bought some fresh coffee from the coffee factory I toured there.
